Hand‑made products may show slight differences in texture, color, or size. These natural variations are not defects and add uniqueness to each piece.

Request Window

All return/replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Condition of Return

  • Product must be in its original packaging.
  • Tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label and invoice must be intact.
  • Product should be unused and in original condition.
  • To & From shipping charges apply for returns/exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated within 72 hours after the returned merchandise is received at our warehouse and passes quality checks.

Refund timelines after initiation depend on your bank or payment provider.

Breakage & Transit Damage

If your product arrives broken or damaged in transit, please email clear images to info24decorss@gmail.com. We will take care of it immediately.

Please retain the original packaging including any foam and cushioning. We require it for reference and to ensure a safe return journey, even if the item is broken.
