Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 4 hours of placement. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if not accepted at delivery.

For COD orders, 24 Decorss reserves the right to deny future orders in cases of non‑acceptance or repeated cancellations.
